Winwood Collectibles Inc. (Winepine) began in 2005 selling wine crates with over 10 years experience in fine wine. The business began when we were opening wine crates to remove the bottles that were sold. One of the crates was from Pegodes De Cos, which had an exceptionally detailed picture of the winery's chateau on it's front side. We went ahead and removed the front side from the crate, and did the same with several others. These crate sides seemed alot like panels, so we called them wine panels. When we installed these wine panels on the wall we were amazed to see how good they looked! We then began making table tops with them, and then installing them on floors and ceilings. Each project came out better than the last. We were sure that wine lovers, enthusiasts and collectors would see this as a very new and unique wine cellar decoration.

Many clients, especially wine collectors began asking us for the wine crate instead of the panel so they could store rare wines. Wine crates are also known as wine wood boxes, and they are highly durable and can hold a alot of weight. Soon we had clients that weren't wine collectors but wanted the crates to create things such as: Wine shelves, spice racks, wine tables, benches, book and CD holders, pet beds, feeders and home or garage storage.
As the business grew, wineries were asking us if we can make crates and engrave their logos on them. Based on this demand, We added custom engraved wine crates to our line. We also work with clients that don't have a logo but want one (wine themed or otherwise)
Alongside the engraving service we work with a master builder/woodworker. This allows us to professionally offer hand made wood boxes to any size or shape, with a wide variety of personalization options such as: Sliding or flip-top style lids, brass latches, rounded or routed edges, varnish or stain, different wood types and much more.
